Your Contribution
* Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the Affectli platform to meet evolving business needs.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization.
* Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
* Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability.
* Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.
What makes you stand out
* Solid understanding of web application development.
* Advanced Javascript skills.
* Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Additional experience considered a plus:
o RESTful API integrations.
o Data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi).
o Dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI).
o BPMN engines (e.g., Flowable).
You must have
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer with strong knowledge of web application development.
* Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
* Fluent English (C1) skills written and spoken
