We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a passion for programming, flexibility, and a team player to integrate our VTXRM family.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain backend components using C# and .NET Framework
* Build and extend RESTful APIs for core services and system integrations
* Lead and participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers when needed
* Conduct unit and integration testing, diagnose issues, and ensure performance
* Work closely with analysts and product teams to understand business needs
* Operate within Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprints and planning sessions
* Contribute to refactoring and improving existing systems for better maintainability and scalability
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
* 5+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET Framework
* Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs
* Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server or Oracle
* Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
* Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks
* Proficient with Visual Studio, source control systems, and deployment practices
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to quality
* Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for daily communication and documentation
Nice to have/ Pluses:
* Exposure to .NET Core / .NET 6+ and migration projects
* Experience with containerization (Docker) or CI/CD pipelines
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
* Knowledge or experience in the financial services industry
