We are seeking an experienced Italian speaking Helpdesk to join our growing team based in Funchal, Madeira (Portugal).

The candidate should provide support and assistance to different clients and websites' users typically by email and messaging channels (WhatsApp, chat etc.). Working for a digital company, the candidate should have a basic knowledge of computer science and should be familiar with MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheet above all), productivity packages and utility programs.

She/he will regularly interact with other Customer Care team agents located in different offices, reporting to the Head of Customer Care.

Deeply care about the satisfaction of our users and being accountable for responding to their requests

in the most empathetic and helpful way possible.

This could involve troubleshooting technical problems, addressing billing issues, or handling

complaints by following the guidelines and procedures provided.

Being fully knowledgeable about the services offered by the company and being able to provide

accurate information to customers.

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions for tracking customer issues and opportunities, so

that we can keep improving the overall user's experience.

Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied

with the service they received. Find and take advantage of possible opportunities to close potential

sales.

Proactively report feedback to the team and managers.

Native Italian speaker or certified effective operational proficiency (level C1 or higher). Professional

knowledge of other languages is welcome.

Strong team working attitude and goals oriented. Problems solver.

Willing to work on shifts (early morning/late evening), weekends and bank holidays when needed.

Well versed in general computer operations with remarkable MS Office/Google Workspace skills.

Previous experience in customer service field. Familiarity with the Zendesk platform is a preferential

title.
