Senior Manager – Business Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead our Business Development efforts. As part of our international team of 250+ professionals, you will be responsible for driving business growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about tech sales and has experience in fast-paced, high-demand environments like a Big4. You will have the chance to work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions and play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic clients (80% Hunter | 20% Farmer)
* Build value-driven proposals aligned with client needs
* Identify new business opportunities across national and international markets
* Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions
* Lead commercial initiatives with a direct impact on company results
Requirements
* Proven experience in Business Development and tech solution sales (ideally Salesforce and/or ServiceNow)
* Technical understanding to effectively communicate with IT teams and clients
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate high-performing teams
* A self-starter with a resilient and goal-oriented mindset
* Experience in Big4 or top-tier consulting firms (preferred)
* Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
