We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Portugal to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
* Create job descriptions for different positions
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives.
* Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers
* Follow up on the external search process and handle approval tasks, participating in the offer process
* Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods
* Assist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
* Collaborate with team members in HR and other departments
* Complete reporting tasks as requested by management
What we expect:
* A background in IT/tech recruitment, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labour markets in Europe, the USA
* Global recruitment experience is an advantage
* 2 + years of relevant experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
* Experience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers
* LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
* Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
