NAM has around 900 employees and manages more than EUR 300 billion in assets for institutional, wholesale and retail clients across the Nordic region and the globe.About This OpportunityYou will join the IWD Investment Products RFP team, part of the Nordea Asset Management distribution organisation.The team is responsible for managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from institutional and wholesale clients worldwide.
The function is a key component of IWD's business growth and business retention activities.
The role offers broad exposure across the organisation, working closely with sales teams, product managers, investment specialists and other key stakeholders across NAM.The role is based in Quinta da Fonte (Paço de Arcos).
What You'll Be DoingPrepare and coordinate high-quality and timely responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and discretionary clients, with a particular focus on Fixed Income strategies;
Collaborate closely withsales, product management, investment teams, and other stakeholders across NAM;
Ensure responses are accurate while being commercially impactful;
Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of RFP processes, tools and content frameworks with a focus on AI-driven efficiencies;
Proactively manageyour internal clients (sales, Country Heads) and stakeholders (portfolio managers, portfolio specialists, senior management, etc.) in order to ensure a smooth RFP delivery process and issue management;
Build and maintaina strong understanding of NAM's investment capabilities and product offering with key focus on the multi-asset/risk premia and systematic capabilities;
