Job Description:
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for maintaining operational tools, enabling fast and data-driven decision-making.
You will play a critical role in handling customer requests and ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement customer-specific strategic and tactical plans, including SWOT analysis and key priorities.
* Take ownership of full P&L accountability for key accounts, ensuring delivery of volume and profit targets by brand and by customer.
* Manage and grow relationships with important customers through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive issue resolution.
* Act as the main point of contact for internal cross-functional teams to align and activate account strategies.
* Lead budget planning and control for assigned accounts, ensuring efficiency and profitability across all activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* 2–3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or account management; experience in Cash & Carry and/or Organized Trade/Modern Trade is highly desirable.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
* Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
* Commercial mindset with solid analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
