Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
* Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, including roles as a security architect or engineer
* Expertise in designing and implementing security strategies for on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and network security design
* Experience with security operations, SIEM, and incident response
* Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application security best practices
* Hands-on coding/scripting skills in Python or PowerShell
* Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Mac security
* Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance (PSD2, EBA, GDPR)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive change across teams
* Strong technical writing and documentation skills
