Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the position is to oversee the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in BIM implementation and coordination, as well as excellent communication skills to work with clients and subcontractors.
Key duties include reviewing BIM execution plans, identifying roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that models align with project requirements. Additionally, the role involves coordinating model updates, clash detection, and remediation with subcontractors.
