And guess what — we're hiring for an Internship as a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
Main Responsabilities:
* Analyze digital profiles and understand role requirements
* Source Candidates via LinkedIn Outreach, Job postings, Network events, etc.
* Screen candidates and lead them through the interview process
* Produce reports and improve the recruiting process
* Suggest improvements, contribute, and leave your mark
Who you are:
* Currently you are studying Human Resources or Psychology (preferable) or any related field.
* Strong English communication skills is a must
* French/Spanish is a plus
* Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
* A people person who loves to communicate and with great interpersonal skills
* You like challenges, are excited by taking responsibility
* Team-player, you can both work collaboratively as in autonomy
* Interested in a start-up environment and working with a multicultural team
