This is a highly hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combiningtechnical development, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and platform ownership— rather than sitting purely in architecture or governance. You'll work closely with teams across Portugal and the UK on business-critical applications used at scale, helping shape and evolve a modern Microsoft ecosystem.What You'll Be Doing Designing, building, and enhancing solutions acrossDynamics 365andPower Platform Supporting and evolving enterprise applications focused onCustomer Serviceand related CRM capabilities Working hands-on with: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Custom connectors APIs & integrations PCF components / customisations Contributing to solution architecture and technical decision-making Reviewing and refining technical approaches and best practices Collaborating with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and third-party providers Supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-driven delivery practices Mentoring and supporting junior team membersWhat We're Looking For We're open to profiles that are stronger in eitherDynamics 365orPower Platform, but ideally you'll have exposure to both.Strong experience with some of the following: Dynamics 365 (Customer Service and/or Sales preferred) Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) Dataverse API integrations / custom connectors Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines JavaScript / TypeScript / C# plugins (nice to have) PCF components or advanced customisations Agile delivery environmentsWe'd Love to Hear From You If You: Enjoy hands-on technical delivery Like solving business problems through technology Can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams Want to work in a collaborative, international environment Are looking to move away from consultancy into a long-term product-focused environmentWhy Join?
