We are seeking a seasonedMarketing Cloud Technical Leadto spearhead our digital marketing automation initiatives. In this role, you will combine high-level strategic solution design with deep technical execution, ensuring the delivery of complex, scalable solutions within anAgile framework .Role Overview As the Technical Lead, you will be the bridge between business requirements and technical excellence. You will manage end-to-end delivery, mentor global teams, and maintain a \"hands-on\" approach to platform architecture.Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture:Design and implement complex, end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions (including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio). Technical Leadership:Lead global engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment. Strategic Delivery:Ensure all deliveries meet high-quality standards, focusing on scalability, security, and performance. Problem Solving:Perform critical analysis of technical roadblocks and provide innovative, efficient solutions. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business goals.Required Skills & Competencies Education:Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience:Up to 10 years of professional experience in software development and Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture. Technical Mastery:Deep \"hands-on\" expertise in SFMC proprietary languages and tools (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API integrations). Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Mindset:A strong commitment to quality, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Work Arrangement Hybrid Model:This position requires an on-site presencetwice a week (2x/week) .
