Description

* Assessment/Entry of supplier invoices, contributing to accurate financial management and informed decision-making.

The Accounting Administrative Assistant must exhibit and proactively motivate others in the behaviors of the WireCo Business System (WBS):

Responsibilities

* Reviewing, classifying, accounting documents and adding them to the corresponding IT System ;
* Monthly analysis and verification of received documents;
* Entering documents into the accounting system, such as invoices, credit notes, and debit notes;
* Verifying the respective accounting records;
* Analyzing and reconciling accounts statements;
* Performing accounting archiving;
* Ensuring compliance with the procedures of the integrated management system under their responsibility;
* Carrying out other tasks or activities not specifically mentioned above, whenever necessary to achieve the goals of the company and the group.
Qualifications


Qualifications and Experience

* Secondary education or equivalent technical education (minimum);
* Proficiency in Excel (compulsory);
* Proficiency of the German language (compulsory);
* Knowledge of the English language;
* Knowledge of the French language (preferred);
* Experience with ERP systems (preferred);
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools;
* Knowledge of accounting software (preferred).
* Knowledge of SNC (Accounting Standardization System) (mandatory)
Additional Information


Additional Requirements

• Accuracy, responsibility, focus, and deadline orientation;

• Availability to work from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday;

• Residence in Maia or surrounding areas.
