Technology Infrastructure Manager
We are seeking an experienced technology infrastructure manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the technology infrastructure that powers our global systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition through realization to demo and product delivery.
* Work closely with the business department to find the best technical and functional solution for new feature requests and improvements.
* Contribute to the active development of the whole product team. Identify and propose changes to improve the Development Process.
* Develop Java- and Angular-based internal digital products within the Transport Management System (Web/Desktop), write clean code, and take responsibility for the quality and long-term maintainability of the developed software.
* Work on the definition, specification, and design of modular and integrated software products, and design, as well as, implement automated tests for your code.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.
Requirements
* Experience in working in small to medium software development teams in an agile environment.
* Strong passion for IT, knowing how to find pragmatic and innovative solutions with maximum business value.
* Strong will to evolve personally as well as a team in a dynamic environment and foster a no-blame culture, dare to fail, and share opinions.
* Academic degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
* Strong object-oriented programming skills.
* Several years of expertise being successful in the field as a full stack developer using Java, SpringBoot, JavaScript, Angular, Rest, Kafka, Hibernate, Docker, OpenShift, GitlabCI, Git, Oracle, ReactJS, and SQL.
* Knowledge about API Gateways, Microservice architecture, and DevOps will be a plus.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
