Job Overview
Forvia is seeking a dynamic and skilled controller to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of forecasts regarding prototypes and tooling costs, sales, cash out, and cash in.
The successful candidate will provide financial insights and recommendations to management, supporting the company's goal of achieving CO2 Net Zero by 2045.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of forecasts regarding prototypes and tooling costs, sales, cash out, and cash in.
- Highlight program cash status and provide recommendations to management.
- Provide and secure R&D and Program team controlling inputs for actual and forecast figures.
- Support the monthly follow-up of the program dashboard.
- Ensure reconciliation and alignment between financial reporting (accounting/ERP) and management reporting before semester-end close and Gate (Business Plan).
- Monitor business plan cost data sources to plants periodically.
- Monitor Capex spending per semester and ensure alignment with plants.
- Support the preparation of the controlling functional milestones for the program gates.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- First experience in controlling or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems and computer literacy.
- Solid accounting knowledge.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
