Responsibilities
 * Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
 * Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and cloud technologies.
 * Support users with products such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
 * Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
 * Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations effectively.
Requirements
 * Native or fluent English or Portuguese (B2 level or higher).
 * Education or experience in IT technologies, particularly in cloud solutions.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail.

 * Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours per week).
 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
