Overview
We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join our team at a leading European bank. You will apply your expertise to shape architecture and technology choices while leading a skilled development team. If you are an experienced .NET developer with a drive for building reliable and scalable solutions, we would love to hear from you.
Note: work from the customer office 2 days per week is required.
Responsibilities
* Manage software development life cycle processes and lead teams
* Provide guidance on architecture, design, and technology direction
* Implement test-driven development and continuous integration practices
* Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, and product support teams
* Drive technology selection based on industry best practices
* Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards
* Analyze requirements and recommend effective solutions
* Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary
* Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
* Mentor junior developers while fostering a collaborative team environment
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in .NET development
* 1+ years of leadership experience managing development teams
* Expertise in C# programming language
* Knowledge of FX
* Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
* Knowledge of test-driven development principles and continuous integration practices
* English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
* Background in investment banking projects
* Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
