As a Hotel Specialist, you will create memories, experiences and become part of the other side of vacations by ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. What you can expect
Guest Relations:
* Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
* Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
* Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities
Food & Beverage:
* Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in F&B areas.
Provide beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge.
What you bring along
* Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel, resort or holiday apartment setting.
* Excellent communication in German, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Willingness to relocate or able to commute to one of our 56 resorts
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
