Job Title: Business Architecture Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Architecture Lead to drive the transformation of our business model from traditional sales to selling software products and services online.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the entire lead-to-cash process, including lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing, quoting, order management, and revenue recognition.
This role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to architect, design, implement, and optimize systems that support sales efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to streamline and optimize the lead-to-cash process, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
This includes working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and integrated lead-to-cash lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Possess in-depth knowledge of the entire lead-to-cash process, including lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing, quoting, order management, and revenue recognition.
2. Define and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the lead-to-cash process, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
3. Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and integrated lead-to-cash lifecycle.

2. Provide technical leadership and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect, design, implement, and optimize systems that support sales efforts.
