Main Responsibilities:
* Invoice Lifecycle Management:
Control the reception, recording, and maintenance of invoice data within the internal system, ensuring data integrity.
* Complex Analysis & Reconciliation:
Compare invoice data against current contractual terms. Calculate fees and commissions to validate amounts and identify any discrepancies.
* Root Cause Investigation:
Proactively address and resolve discrepancies (Finance Breaks). Investigate the root cause of errors, propose solutions, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
* Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact to resolve pending issues, liaising directly with Front Office, Middle Office, and Finance teams.
* Payment Execution:
Ensure the accurate issuance and accounting of payments, guaranteeing strict adherence to deadlines (in a timely manner).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in Financial Operations, Accounts Payable (AP), Billing, or Banking Back/Middle Office roles.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are essential for reconciliations). Familiarity with ERP systems or financial management software.
* Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns, and resolve financial breaks autonomously.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
