We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at our Lisbon office.

As an HR Generalist, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be a trusted point of contact for employees on HR matters and contribute to key people initiatives that foster a strong, people-focused culture.
Working closely with the leadership, you'll play an active role in implementing HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.
Key tasks and activitiesSupport the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
Assist in performance management processes and support learning & development initiatives
Manage employee engagement programs and foster a strong company culture
Handle employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
Collaborate closely with leadership and other departments on strategic HR initiatives
Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which you have the required qualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization
Requirements, Skills and Experience DesiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
2–3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role
Knowledge of Portuguese labour laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Proactive mindset, flexibility, and a strong team spirit
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluency in English (level B2 minimum) – mandatory

Senior HR Services Audit & Compliance Business Analyst – Fresenius Medical CareWithin our Care Enablement segment, you will assist in the execution of FME's compliance program through aligning and rolling-out our HR Services Audit & Compliance program.
The role will undertake activities to prevent, detect and respond to emerging risk.
ResponsibilitiesGIA audit intake and coordination for HR Services
Responsible for global internal controls design and implementation for HR Services
Review local HR internal controls in alignment with global design and determine if need to remain as local controls
Oversee local country-specific controlsl
Administer periodic audit of Workday, Payroll and Time & Attendance security roles
Collaborate with teams to solution audit findings
Oversee, coordinate and report corporate HR risk management semi-annually
Design and coordinate pre-audit readiness assessment procedures;
executed quarterly
Create business management and communication plans for data security incidents
Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Your ProfileBachelor's level completed
Advanced English level
5–6 years of experience in HR or Compliance/Audit, with HR knowledge and experience required
Collaborative, supportive, active, dynamic and very energetic
Used to work with many stakeholders, HR background, compliance background
Experience in multicountry or global scope
