Your contribution to something big:
* Take ownership of Logistics Performance Management within the Business Unit ES.
* Focus on key KPIs such as inventory levels and product availability, with a particular emphasis on optimizing slow- and non-moving inventory.
* Conduct deep-dive analyses of forecast developments to identify and explain deviations.
* Collaborate with markets and plants to define and initiate targeted countermeasures.
* Actively contribute to planning processes such as the Business Plan (BP) and Current Forecast (CF).
* Set and monitor logistics targets across markets and plants to ensure goal achievement and transparency.
* Work closely with senior management, global logistics controlling, plant and sales logistics stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment and decision-making throughout the organization.
* Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
* Lead system enhancements and enable users through training and support initiatives within ES.
* Analyze end-to-end supply chains to uncover improvement potential.
* Independently manage and implement impactful optimization projects.
* Present results and actionable recommendations in a concise, decision-ready format for both departmental and management-level meetings.

Requirements:
* You have an optimistic and positive attitude.
* You work independently, in a structured and analytical manner, with a high degree of personal responsibility.
* You have in-depth knowledge of logistics and experience in optimizing logistics processes and key figures in operational logistics and in project management.
* You are extremely confident in dealing with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
* SAP is not a foreign word for you (ERP especially modules MM, SD, possibly APO).
* Data analytics skills (e.g. Power BI) would be desirable.
* You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
* You are willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
* Studies in economics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or comparable.
