Your Role Oversee task execution and ensure timely delivery by the right stakeholders, mitigating risks and realigning the onboarding process when needed.
Proactively resolve issues, apply creative solutions, and escalade when appropriate.
Facilitate conflict resolution, prioritization, and ensure stakeholder commitment to timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and use business analysis to translate stakeholder needs into actionable onboarding steps.
Educate stakeholders on the onboarding process and apply basic data management knowledge to support them.
Your Profile Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders while building strong relationships.
Lead and motivate stakeholders to meet deadlines, making independent decisions on timelines and escalations when needed.
Identify issues quickly, solve problems, and manage risks to keep onboarding on track.
Handle conflict resolution constructively while adapting to changing situations and priorities.
Stay highly organized with strong attention to detail, applying project management, business analysis, and basic data management skills (including tools like Excel, Jira, Power BI, or Azure Boards).
