About Mobility ServiceDue to the expansion of our organization into the Portuguese market, we are looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager. In this role, you will lead the development and growth of the Operations department for Mobility Service in the country. Mobility Service is an electric vehicle (EV) leasing company with a clear customer-oriented focus and is a pioneer in the sector in terms of digitalization and innovation. We are looking for an innovative and fully customer-oriented colleague, but also pragmatic and down-to-earth. What will you do?In this versatile role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese operations. You will not only manage the desk-side of fleet operations but also handle the physical logistics of a startup branch:Logistics & Delivery: You will manage the movement of our fleet, with the capability to personally deliver vehicles to customers or arrange all necessary transport details to ensure a premium first impression. Technical Management: Evaluate and manage MRT (Maintenance, Repair, and Tires) requests for our fleet. Claims Handling: Act as the main point of contact when customers suffer vehicle damage, ensuring they get back on the road safely and quickly. Network Building: Coordinate with local dealers, workshops, body shops, transporters, and insurance companies. Customer Support: Address all operational and technical questions from customers with a solution-oriented mindset. Reporting: Maintain rigorous administrative and financial records of all interventions.Who are we looking for?We need a \"hands-on\" professional who can navigate the challenges of a new market branch.Experience: Relevant work experience in the automotive sector (ideally in renting, rent-a-car, adjuster or as a workshop receptionist. Communication: Excellent communication skills; you are comfortable handling difficult calls and providing top-tier service. Problem Solver: You don't just report issues; you resolve them. Whether it's a delivery delay or a technical dispute with a workshop, you are the final point of resolution. Language: Fluency in English is a must, as you will undergo training in our Spanish and Dutch headquarters. Technical Savvy: A strong interest in automotive technology and a genuine enthusiasm for electric mobility. Soft Skills: Stress-resistant and a true team player who can work independently.
