Job Overview
This role plays a crucial part in the success of our Manufacturing Execution System projects. As a Support Specialist, you will provide global support services to our customers, from solution project design phase and implementation, to deployment as well as post go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client expectations for priority of support issues (L2 L3)
* Offer technical assistance to key users responsible for deploying the solution on every site
* Provide technical assistance to sites that have already deployed the solution in production
* Analyze issues and propose definitive solutions or workarounds to meet customer needs
* Oversee corrective code necessary for maintenance activities
* Manage application releases and software deployment
* Perform audits for every site concerned by the support activity from a technical and organizational point of view
* Participate in improving internal tools and processes
* Build out a knowledge repository for all support queries and fixes
* Provide 24/7 shift support
