Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal.
It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.
Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for our portfolio of Branded and Premium Hotels, ensuring brand compliance, commercial impact, and local relevance.
You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and oversee on-property marketing teams across several hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the annual marketing plans for Branded and Premium Hotels.
Ensure alignment with global brand standards and guidelines.
Lead, support, and coordinate on-property marketing team members.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in-resort media.
Oversee PR activities, including press releases, media visits, influencer partnerships, and reputation management.
Build strong relationships with local and international media, as well as tourism and destination partners.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, F&B, Revenue, Operations) and agency partners.
Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for the Head of Marketing.
Contribute to the creation of SOPs, brand toolkits, and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years' experience in hotel marketing, including at least 3 in a senior or leadership role.
Proven experience managing brand-compliant marketing and PR strategies for international hotel brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, public relations, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with media, influencers, and internal executives.
Hands-on, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
