The Project Manager leverages expertise in technical delivery and project management to drive successful execution of large, complex projects and workstreams, mitigating risks and achieving business objectives. This role coordinates cross-functional resources and stakeholders, manages project elements, requests resources, and ensures effective communication.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will:
* Lead and manage multiple telecom projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
* Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure efficient project execution.
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, Business analysts, QA, and SA, to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to address issues proactively.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain clear communication and manage expectations.
* Conduct regular project reviews and generate detailed reports for senior management.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

* Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
* Have demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects.
* Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Are proficient in project management software and tools.
* Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Are familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* Have experience with financial management and budgeting.
* Can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Have an understanding of telecom technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
* Hold a PMP or equivalent certification.
