The company seeks an HR & Office Manager to support the Porto office.
* A bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field is required along with relevant experience as an Office Manager or HR professional.
* Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, handling personnel changes, coordinating with payroll and external partners, and acting as the go-to contact for colleagues' HR questions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the recruitment process: screening applications, preparing offers, and drafting employment contracts.
* Handling personnel changes, including new hires, resignations, compensation proposals, and working time adjustments.
* Coordinating with payroll and external partners (insurance, HST provider, etc.).
* Acting as the go-to contact for colleagues' HR questions and leave/absence administration.
* Monitoring pre-employment screening processes. Supporting ISO 27001 audits in collaboration with the HR team.
* Contributing ideas to optimize HR processes.
* Overseeing supplier relationships and facility-related matters for the Porto office.
* Coordinating with procurement, facilities, and IT teams when needed.
* Managing the office agenda, travel arrangements, and visitor logistics.
* Supporting reporting activities related to the Porto office and its employees.
