Italian Customer Service Specialist for Music Streaming Platform
We are seeking a dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Success Representative with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, on behalf of our client, a globally recognized Swedish music streaming platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer first-level support to advertisers using our ad platform via Voice, Email, and Chat.
2. Manage and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
3. Use critical thinking to craft tailored responses and utilize templates when appropriate.
4. Identify potential sales opportunities and pass them to the sales team or assist directly.
5. Share detailed product knowledge with advertisers.
6. Log issues and escalate technical queries to internal support teams.
7. Handle ad hoc support tasks as needed.
8. Set up invoicing for eligible advertisers and process necessary documentation.
9. Detect and mitigate fraudulent activity.
10. Assist with billing inquiries and process refunds as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (native level) and English (B2 or higher).
- EU member state passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (mandatory).
- Experience with Salesforce case management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Interest in advertising and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotational shifts and a lunch break. Onsite at the client's office in Porto.
This opportunity is also open to candidates abroad. Relocation and housing assistance will be provided for those moving from over 100 km away from Porto.
