Salary: €920 + €770 Language Bonus + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus (up to €178.50/month)

What we're looking for:
* Fluent Dutch (C2 level) – required.
* Fluent English – strong speaking and writing skills.
* Customer service experience (preferably in call centers) or B2B support experience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your role will include:
* B2C and B2B
* Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, and upselling opportunities.
* Managing customer and partner interactions through phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Recording customer details and ensuring timely follow-up on all cases.
* Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies.
* Collaborating with the team to exceed quality KPIs and strengthen the brand.
