Construction Project Manager
Hospitality & Real Estate Development | Algarve
STAIRS – People Advisors, a consulting firm specialized in executive search and talent acquisition, is assisting a leading real estate and hospitality development group in the recruitment of a Construction Project Manager for an assignment based in Algarve.
The selected professional will represent the owner in managing high-profile development projects, overseeing all stages of design and construction, and ensuring project alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and operational deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale construction projects, from design phase through to final execution;
- Interface with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to ensure deliverables are met;
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and licensing activities;
- Prepare periodic project performance reports and investor presentations;
- Ensure legal, safety, and quality compliance across all stages of the development.
Technical Competências (Hard Skills):
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred);
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and construction supervision;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and project management tools;
- Solid understanding of licensing procedures and real estate development regulations;
- Fluency in English (mandatory), Portuguese is an asset.
