What we're looking for:
* 15+ years of professional experience as a Lead Delivery Manager or equivalent
* Experience with SAP project delivery projects
* Understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
* Proven work stream leadership and mentoring, with a strong focus on quality, scalability and risk reduction
* Fluency in English (B2 level)
Nice to have:
* German proficiency level B2
* PMP/PRINCE2 Certification

This position has a remote work model based in Portugal. Candidates should be based in Portugal, and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered.
