The Challenge:
* Lead and mentor a software development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Drive the development of robust and scalable solutions using Java.
* Adapt and enhance existing software components to meet evolving project requirements.
* Collaborate in task refinement, planning, and prioritization with stakeholders.
* Distribute tasks effectively across the team, ensuring alignment and productivity.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
* Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
What you bring to the table:
* 4+ years with Java (Java 8 / 17 / 21).
* Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, JEE, and JPA.
* Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
* Hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
* Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana).
* Understanding of microservices architecture.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Fluency in English.
