Job Overview
This role is centered around delivering business systems solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, running workshops, ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration. This includes owning technical activities such as Data Migration, Cutover activities, Admin tasks.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workflow optimization and automation (design, configuration, testing, deployment). They must possess a solid understanding of Onboarding forms, role-based permissions, data governance, and reporting within SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
* Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions like template forms, business rules, workflows, dynamic roles and RBP.
* Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities.
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least Minimum bachelor's degree in human resource management, Computer Science / Information Technology.
* SAP SF Recruiting and / or Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
* Substantial experience driving client solutions and implementation experience with large scale Recruiting/Onboarding 2.0 software deployments.
