Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide timely and effective support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will handle a wide range of inquiries, from service information to account support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with Customers: Provide professional and friendly communication with customers via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to Inquiries: Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including service information, account support, and troubleshooting
* Provide Solutions: Provide clear and concise solutions to customer issues and concerns
* Document Cases: Accurately document cases and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Escalate Issues: Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures
* Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely resolutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Fluent French (C2 level)
* Fluent English (B2 level)
* EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
* 0-1 year of experience in customer support
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
