About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Growth Associate. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence across Europe, focusing on connecting with forward-thinking Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.

You will be based in Madrid, working closely with a lean and ambitious team that is dedicated to transforming how fund managers operate, report, and scale.

Your mission will be to identify and engage new potential clients – fund managers, advisors, and institutional investors. You will be responsible for sourcing high-potential leads, crafting personalized outreach, and scheduling discovery meetings.

This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role that requires combining written outreach (email, LinkedIn) with strategic cold calling to spark conversations and generate qualified opportunities.

As you gain experience and understanding of our market, you will progressively take on greater responsibility in lead qualification and early-stage deal development, with a clear path toward managing your own pipeline and closing smaller clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify Private Equity and Venture Capital firms across Europe.

2. Monitor relevant market signals (fund closings, investments, team changes).

3. Execute personalized outbound campaigns using tools like Clay and Instantly.
">
4. Conduct cold calls to initiate conversations with fund managers and stakeholders.
">
5. Schedule and prepare meetings with decision-makers.
">
6. Keep the CRM updated with clean and accurate data.
">
7. Collaborate with the Head of Sales on lead targeting and messaging.
">
8. Support early-stage deal development, with potential to close smaller clients.

Requirements:
">
">
* 1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, finance, or SaaS.
">
* Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations from scratch.
">
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
">
* Strong interest in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or institutional investing.
">
* Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
">
* Fluent in Spanish and English (French or Italian is a plus).
">
* (Bonus) Experience with Pipedrive, Clay, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
