Quadrante is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an Information Systems Project Manager for our Porto office.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating digital and information systems projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business needs, and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage information systems and digital transformation projects from planning to delivery.
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including functional analysts, developers, and external partners.
* Monitor project progress, risks, and budget, ensuring alignment with defined goals.
* Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Support change management processes associated with system implementations.
* Guarantee documentation, governance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or Information Systems environments.
* Proven experience managing digital or systems implementation projects.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar).
* Knowledge of Sage, Salesforce, and SAP is valued
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented approach.
* Advanced knowledge of English (mandatory).
* Knowledge of Spanish will be valued.
