What You'll Be Doing (in the most epic way possible) Lead and facilitate recurring project follow-up meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage backlog, ensuring well-defined, prioritized, and estimated items (ready for development).
Manage project resources, including team, budget, and infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of available assets.
Guide and empower the development team, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and productivity.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team.
Ensure transparency and keep stakeholders informed about project status and outcomes.
Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and objectives are met within the established timeline and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and other stakeholders.
Take a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
What You Bring to the Table Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in IT environments (3+ years).
Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Resilience and perseverance in solving complex problems.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Experience in managing multiple projects, effectively prioritizing tasks across various teams.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with project management tools.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM) is a plus.
