Responsibilities
* Practicing our client values
* Preparing daily meals in accordance with the menu cycle
* Organizing "mise en place", appropriate storage, and proper keeping of goods
* Maintaining hygiene in the galley in accordance with HACCP regulations
* Supporting and assisting the culinary and restaurant team
* Participating in additional duties (e.g., luggage and garbage handling, crew show, loading)
* Performing any other duties as advised by the Executive Chef/Hotel Manager
Note: The listed duties are non-exhaustive and may be amended by the company as needed based on operational requirements.
Skills/Qualifications
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent is preferred
* Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star restaurant and/or hotel
* Cruise ship experience is a plus
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Fluency in English
