We are looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer (Windows & Intune) for this project!
What are we looking for?
Experience with MDM solutions, especially Autopilot and Intune
Solid experience in Windows device management
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint DLP (Purview)
Experience with SkyHigh Cloud Proxy
Familiarity with F5 Per-App VPN
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end application lifecycle (integration, testing, qualification, and deployment) in Intune
Provide Level 3 (L3) support, handling major incidents and complex technical issues
Perform bug analysis and implement fixes
Contribute to feature development when required
Support product lifecycle management at local entity level
Configure and manage application packages, device profiles, and VPN setups
Handle incident tickets (update, resolution, and closure)
Generate reports (security, device inventory, applications/tools) using Intune and Log Analytics
Create and maintain technical documentatio
