Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
Assess and redesign business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Validate deliverables through UAT to ensure requirements are met.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements: Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum or similar frameworks).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and analytical.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Customer-focused with a strong service delivery mindset.
Availability to work in the EU.
