Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update global price lists, SKUs, and pricing documentation.
* Coordinate pricing implementation with Digital, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams.
* Support pricing launches, communications, and sales enablement.
* Manage pricing change requests, governance meetings, and version control.
* Lead process optimization and automation initiatives related to pricing workflows.
* Ensure operational readiness and accurate execution of pricing updates across systems.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA/PMP is a plus).
* Experience in pricing operations and execution;
* Proficiency with CRM/CPQ tools (Salesforce, NetSuite) and Excel/Google Sheets;
* Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS pricing, SKU design, and process improvement;
* Prior experience collaborating with Digital / IT to implement pricing and discount logic will be valued;
* Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and cross-functional collaboration;
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
* Fluency in English.
