About This Role
As a pivotal 360-degree role, the Brand Experience Manager will drive and execute strategic marketing initiatives across real estate and hospitality brands. They will oversee day-to-day marketing activities while owning key areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
 * Own the social media calendar and content strategy in collaboration with external agencies.
 * Manage relationships with external agencies: provide strategic direction, approve content plans, and ensure messaging and creative materials are aligned with brand identity across all channels.
 * Collaborate with the Digital Manager on the development of digital marketing campaigns.
 * Propose campaign concepts, create and maintain a digital campaign calendar that aligns with business objectives and commercial priorities.
 * Produce and oversee the creation of branded content for all marketing channels, both online and offline, ensuring all content reflects the tone, values, and aesthetic of the brand.
 * Plan and execute marketing-led events, including brand activations, new product launches, community gatherings, collaborating with other teams.
 * Identify and manage brand partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure partnership campaigns are fully integrated across channels and touchpoints.
 * Oversee the design, production, and inventory of all branded merchandise and collateral, ensuring on-brand visual storytelling.
 * Support the Head of Marketing in developing PR strategies and managing external PR agencies.
 * Monitor impact of marketing activations and performance through analytics tools, report on KPIs, and adapt strategies to optimize performance and ROI and improve reach, growth, and engagement.
 * Prepare periodic reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
 * Regularly track competitor activity across sectors (real estate, hospitality, lifestyle).
Requirements
 * 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury, real estate or lifestyle sectors. Experience in hospitality is a plus.
 * Strong project management and multitasking skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Experience managing external creative and media agencies.
 * Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of premium brand positioning.
 * Collaborative, hands-on, and solutions-driven mindset.
 * Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
