* Solid knowledge of ServiceNow, with experience in the HAM and SAM modules being highly valued;

* Strong ability to recommend and implement functional and technical solutions, according to the requirements identified;

* ITIL V3 certification (minimum);
* Certifications such as CIS - CSM, CIS - FSM, CSA, Micro Certification - CMDB are valued;
* Fluency in English;
* Knowledge of Spanish is valued;
* Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Attention to detail, rigor and autonomy.
