Our company is looking for a key team member to support businesses in growing their online presence through digital marketing.
Job Description:
* You will assist small and medium-sized businesses using advertising tools on social media platforms.
* You will respond to support requests from advertisers and marketing agencies and help them solve issues related to ad placements, billing, features, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer support through chat, email, and outbound calls in both Polish and English.
* Assist with troubleshooting, bug reporting, and platform navigation.
* Offer guidance on campaign optimization and self-service ad tools.
* Convert written support requests into outbound calls when needed to ensure timely resolution.
* Identify common trends and provide feedback to improve the advertiser experience.
* Work with various tools and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Polish (C2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
* Familiarity with online advertising platforms or digital marketing is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
