Customer Support Professional

As the primary contact point for our customers who communicate in German, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and effective issue resolution across digital platforms (chat, email) and voice channels (phone). Clear and professional communication, both in German and English, is essential for documenting interactions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess complete fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level), alongside strong working proficiency in English (B2 minimum). Candidates must also possess current legal authorization to work in Portugal, demonstrated by an EU/EEA Citizenship, a valid Refugee Card, or a Residency Card that remains valid for over one year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support and issue resolution across digital and voice channels
* Communicate effectively with customers in German and English
* Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Work Structure & Compensation:
* Schedule: Monday through Friday on rotating shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 22:00
* Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are dedicated days off
* Financial support for transport via an Uber reimbursement of up to €25.00 per trip
