You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to optimise processes, strengthen governance, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all site-level project management activities, ensuring governance, reporting, and methodologies are effectively applied.Manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT to deliver seamless project execution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimisation and operational efficiency.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.Develop and implement communication and change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project objectives are achieved.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4–5 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years of site-level project management experience.Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale projects within a complex, global organisation.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel when required.Desirable:Experience within an FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
