Job Title: Chief Software Delivery Officer
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our software development initiatives, driving excellence in delivery, quality, and innovation.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and delivery skills across a complex environment.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, champion the adoption of AI tools, automation, and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery and improve operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee delivery across multiple development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions aligned with business goals.
* Lead sprint planning, tech backlog grooming, and release management using Azure DevOps.
* Drive transition to BAU and ensure robust Level 2 and Level 3 support, while implementing shift-left strategies for Level 1 support.
* Promote adoption of Power Platform's AI Builder and other Microsoft AI capabilities within enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven leadership in managing distributed software teams across geographies.
* Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (F&O and CE), Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and DevOps practices.
* Experience with AI integration in enterprise systems (e.g., NLP, classification models).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
