We are growing across Europe and are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build predictable pipeline.


Role overview

As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting e-commerce brands and qualifying potential customers. This is a high-activity outbound role, with a strong focus on cold calling, learning, and continuous improvement.


What you’ll do

* Proactively reach out to e-commerce brands via cold calls (primary channel), email, and LinkedIn
* Maintain a consistent level of daily outbound activity
* Attend Tradeshows
* Identify and qualify decision-makers (e-commerce, marketing, growth, operations)
* Understand prospect needs and assess fit with Perfection42’ s solution
* Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
* Maintain accurate activity and lead information in the CRM
* Learn how to run structured outbound campaigns end-to-end
* Improve through regular call reviews, feedback, and hands-on coaching


What we’re looking for

* 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development
* Fluent in English (C2 level, spoken and written)
* Excellent with outbound approaches such as cold calling.
* Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to stay consistent in an outbound role
* Curious and open to direct feedback
* Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
* Ambition to build a long-term career in SaaS sales

Experience with SaaS or e-commerce is required
