Currently, we're looking for Senior Procurement Agent, in order to support Global Sourcing and Procurement operative functions.
Your Mission The Senior Procurement Agent plays a key role in executing and supporting operational purchasing activities, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with procurement policies.
Acting as a critical operational link between business stakeholders and the supplier base, this role contributes to efficient and compliant procurement processes.
As such, the position is responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions, converting them into purchase orders, and ensuring timely issuance to suppliers.
This position monitors acknowledgments and delivery timelines and updates procurement systems.
Additionally, this role performs compliance checks, coordinates with suppliers and sourcing teams to apply category strategies and assists requestors with procurement-related queries.
Beyond transactional activities, the Senior Procurement Agent contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and catalog management, and may perform procurement analytics and performance monitoring.
This position also manages complaints for non-strategic suppliers and acts as a first level of support for operational discrepancies, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Your Profile Bachelor Degree or equivalent Language Requirements English (Mandatory) Fluency in French and/or Italian is a real plus Professional Qualifications and Experience 2–4 years of experience in operational procurement or purchasing roles Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and procurement workflows Prior experience in procurement operations or transactional buying is preferred Other Skills Rigor
